I have worked with Keith for many years and have always found him credible, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He has helped so many employees cope with day to day or one-time difficult situations through his EAP work. More recently I have been working with Keith – tapping into his Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) credentials working with me in our DOT/USCG environment. He is a great resource in this regard, not just with compliance, but also providing education for managers and employees about managing and working in a drug free workplace.
Keith Crochiere has been the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for the Town of Braintree for the past twelve years. During that time he has handled both DOT and non-DOT employees who have tested positive for drugs including but not limited to Marijuana, Cocaine and Opioids. He has been able to work successfully with those who were compliant as well as those who were not. He also performed other functions related to our Employee Assistance Plan. He is confidential, professional and a pleasure to work with.
